Welcome to the 2015-2016 School Year!
Dear Student/Parents/Legal Guardians:
On behalf of my staff, I want to welcome you to the 2015-2016 School Year at Woodrow Wilson School! The first day of school is Thursday, September 3, 2015.
The administration and teachers are excited about the opening of school! We look forward to seeing new faces and the return of former students. Woodrow Wilson School continues to have very high standards, which means all students will be expected to attend school regularly, be punctual, follow the dress code, complete assignments, and behave appropriately. By following these simple rules and regulations, students will learn and enjoy all the opportunities that await them!
Parents/Legal Guardians, we are pleased to have you as partners in your child’s education. I encourage you to communicate regularly with your child’s teacher. Our goal is to see that parents and guardians, like the students themselves, feel at home at Woodrow Wilson School.
Please remember that as part of the Summer Reading Program the Bingo form, signed by a parent, and the writing activity are due in school on September 11, 2015. For more information, please visit http://www.nbpschools.net/home.
We look forward to seeing all Kindergarten through 8th Grade students on September 3, 2015 at 8:40 AM in the Gym. Kindergarten parents only may accompany their child to the Gym for the first day of school. Pre‑Kindergarten students should be taken to the back entrance or brought to the main entrance area on the first day where they will be met by a teacher.
Please note that September 3rd and 4th are early dismissal days. All students will be dismissed at 1:40 PM on both days.
